Vidha House

Vidha House : Where Indian Soul meets Contemporary Calm.

Location: Nagpur , Maharashtra.

Design Concept:

Rooted in a serene, neutral canvas, this residence showcases a harmonious blend of Contemporary Tropical Minimalism and Indian Modernism. The design focuses on fluid silhouettes, natural textures, and culturally resonant craftsmanship, striking a balance between airy, modern urban living and grounded, soulful heritage.Curved architectural gestures soften the spatial boundaries throughout the home. In the living area, an arched alcove framing botanical wallpaper sets an inviting focal backdrop, mirrored by the soft curves of the low-profile sectional sofa and organic live-edge/pebble-shaped center table. Organic niche cutouts in the wall display decor sculpturally, while the arched lattice elements at the entrance set an airy, welcoming tone. Every corner is optimized for everyday ritual and comfort. A dedicated window bay with built-in storage doubles as a reading daybed bathed in morning light, while a compact study corner integrates slim floating drawers, brass-accented open shelving, and focused task lighting.
Traditional Indian elements are articulated through a contemporary lens. The dedicated mandir space features classic multi-tiered cusped arches, carved bell niches, brass fixtures, and soft backlighting, distilled into crisp, modern symmetry. In transition nooks, traditional Pichwai artwork and carved vintage timber consoles sit effortlessly alongside floating minimalist shelves and modern brass pendant drops.
